1、 Scope of application
DZ47LE-63 series residual current circuit breakerAssembled from DZ47 high breaking miniature circuit breaker and residual current release. This product is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 230V~400V, and rated current up to 100A in power lines. It mainly consists of zero sequence current transformers, electronic component boards, residual current circuit breakers, and has overload and short circuit protection functions. It can also be added with overvoltage and undervoltage protection functions according to user needs to provide indirect contact protection for people, as well as overcurrent protection for buildings and similar power lines. It can also provide protection against fires caused by grounding faults that persist due to the malfunction of overcurrent protection devices. Leakage circuit breakers with overvoltage protection can also provide protection against high voltage caused by power grid faults.DZ47LE residual current circuit breakerIn low-voltage distribution systems, it has been increasingly adopted as a backup protection for ground faults and direct and indirect contact electric shocks. This product is mainly used for the protection of building lighting and distribution systems, and meets the requirements of GB16917.1 and IEC61009-1 standards. 3、 Structural features
The DZ47LE-63 residual current circuit breaker is assembled and integrated from residual current release accessories and DZ47 circuit breaker, thus maintaining the same time current action characteristics as DZ47. Its mechanical assembly can be completed by enterprises in the factory or on site. The leakage release characteristic parameters are set by the factory and cannot be adjusted by the user. The leakage release cannot be disassembled to avoid affecting performance. The residual current release has two levels of shell current: 32A and 50A, which can be connected to 10mm ² and 25mm ² wires respectively.There is a dedicated indicator device on the leakage release to indicate the leakage action. Only after the indicator device is reset,Leakage circuit breakerOnly then can it be closed. It is also equipped with a test device with a self resetting button. When pressed, the internal circuit generates a simulated residual current to break the circuit breaker. The experimental device should be tested regularly, once a month.
4、 Normal working conditions and installation conditions
The ambient air temperature ranges from -5 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius, with an average of no more than 35 degrees Celsius within 24 hours.◆ Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
◆ Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the air at the installation site shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, and a relatively high relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures; For example, reaching 90% at 25 degrees Celsius.
Installation category: Level II and III.
Pollution level: Level 2.
Installation form: TH35-7 steel installation rail is used for installation.
Installation conditions: The external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction; Residual current operated circuit breakers should generally be installed vertically, with the handle facing upwards as the power on position; The installation site should have no significant impact or vibration.
